“The staff at front desk were very welcoming and friendly with enough English. Lovely hotel with pretty pot plants all around. Sowing great pride in hotel. We stayed in twin room which is larger than a double Great view of mountains Approx 15 walk from station but they very kindly offered a shuttle service on our departure good value $$$ summer prices incl breakfast in very pleasant restaurant setting overlooking garden A trip up top of mountains in gondola well worth it , specaular views buy ticket from hotel”

“The buffet dinner and breakfast were great - large variety and all food delicious. The on site onsen were brilliant and the masseuse who you can book to come to your room for ¥1000/10mins was also great. Close to ski hire place and provides a free shuttle to the slopes.”
“Although a fair way from skiing, the shuttle buses stop right at the front door. Walking distance to station.”
“Quiet, friendly place, only a short walk out of town. Ski bus stop outside the hotel door so didn't need to walk in ski boots, and for more distant resorts the staff would take us to the main bus terminal. Their ski hire was also cheaper than in town and had ski lockers in a warm room. Included buffet breakfast was good but dinner pricey ($50 pp) so dined out, as lots of places within a short walk. Room was reasonably spacious, but not much hanging or storage space. Also had a kitchenette but need to ask for cookware and utensils.”

“The staff were lovely and the Onsen was great, it helped after a big day of skiing and you felt like you were in a resort with all of the hair and body products available. It was great to have the shuttle bus stop at the hotel however we found it was a little far away for the restaurants and bars etc.”
