“Staff were nice apart from owner/manager who was offhand . I did not think he treated staff appropriately. On a number of occasions he could have served guests. Instead he called for a member of staff to carry out a relatively simple task such as getting a guest a drink. Nice quiet location in a pretty area. It is a good place for a stopover and I would use it again for this purpose. Breakfast was fine.”

“Very approachable staff and manager. Quiet location in an amazing town, Amara. Excellent mattresses, pillows and bed linen; high ceilings. The room was clean and fresh with a balcony overlooking the lake. Me and my friends enjoyed enormously our stay in Amara and at hotel Heaven. We will certainly come back to both of them - and maybe next time we'll be able to rent some bikes to explore the surroundings.”
