“I was so thrilled to pick this beautiful little hotel in the most perfect place in the whole of Ortigia (in my opinion). You get the sunset and you are right by the water and you can walk absolutely everywhere. Everyone who works here so friendly and nice. Sabrina and Emilia were extremely helpful and informative. The breakfast is absolutely delicious. Amazing almond milk, you have to try it . The place is full of character and just lovely. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again in a heartbeat .”

“Located in the mediaeval quarter of Ortigia, , the building is ancient with thick walls and rooms all over the place. It has a very comfy lounge, full of books and magazines and antiques; and a great terrace overlooking the sea where you can take your breakfast out on tray. We had a large suite, front to back of the building; comfy bed, modern bathroom. The staff make you feel very much at home. Easy walking to most of the sites. No parking nearby, though there is public parking a 10 minute stroll away, or for a fee the hotel arranges (excellent) private parking. Anyway, it's a place for walking!”
“Highly recommended - from the view at sunset from the terrace to the complimentary free drink & nibbles while relaxing on the terrace - it was all great. Then the breakfast next morning on the same terrace & what a selection from which to select! Oh, & the staff were just so friendly & helpful.”
“The entire facility decor was fantastic. Very modern amenities while antiquity was well maintained. Breakfast was really nice. Staff were incredible. We bumped into the manager in Catania the day after we left; he recognized us and greeted us. Doesn't get more personal than that.”
