“Good location. Good public bath. Adequate breakfast. Helpful staff.”
“Very central location, easily accessed from several subways, Osaka and Umeda stations for those travelling with luggage via street elevator from the extensive underground passageway. However, the hotel is sited amongst some lower end entertainment venues but noise was not an issue as my room faced a quiet back alley. The public bath facility was great although being quite small, was rather congested after dinnertime.”

“朝食が良い。 去る10月に２泊、２泊を含め、過去５年で １０数泊していますが、満足しています。 ただ、２年前に利用し際、フロントに預けていた パスポート、現金をチェックアウトの際、もらい 忘れ、空港への途中で気が付き、戻ったことが ありました。 私のミスですが、それをカバーするのが心の こもったサービスだと思います。”
“호텔 프런트 직원분들이 엄청나게 친절하시고, 근처 공항 버스는 어디서 타는지 물어보면 알려주시고, 공항버스 시간표도 요청하면 주시고 짐 무게를 잴 수 있는 손잡이형 체중계도 프런트에서 빌려주세요! 약간의 일본어를 할 줄 알면 유용합니다. 다만 숙소 근처 시장의 메인 대로에 있는 음식점은 잘 골라가세요. 저희는 한국인인줄 알아보고 거스름돈을 바닥에 내동댕이치더라구요 알아서 줏어가라고.... 무튼 숙소는 정말 좋았습니다! 근처에 은행도 가깝고 일본 현지 슈퍼마켓인 LIFE 마켓도 잘 찾아보면 있고 라이프마켓 군것질거리가 정말 싸요! 현지인 마트라 그런가봐요. 드럭스토어도 화장품 빼고는 물품이 다 있었어요! 화장품은 난바 지하상가 SHOP IN과 역근처 LOFT가 가장 쓸어담기 좋았어요 :)”

“間違えて喫煙の部屋を予約してしまったが、融通を利かせてくれた。気持ちの良いスタッフ、部屋のホテル。朝食も美味しくて満足。”
“Lo que mas me gusto fue la ubicación, cercano a la estación de Osaka y con .mucho ambiente por los alrededores del hotel. Ademas, la atención del personal fue muy buena. Las habitaciones un tanto pequeñas pero cómodas y equipadas con todo lo necesario.”
