“Staff was extremely helpful and waited breakfast for us as we were late returning from an early morning trip to see infiorata at Spello.”
“The location was excellent for both exploring the very important religious sites - in fact Assisi was about 10 minutes away - and the fabulous scenery of the surrounding mountain areas, including accessing the very important truffle growing areas, via the new tunnel. The staff were excellent, efficient, more than helpful and that extra something - warm and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we also had a few fabulous dinners at the I simply stunning local restaurant- which the staff will recommend, but do not bypass the local pizza restaurant, just across the bridge - best in Italy, truthfully! We recommend without hesitation hotel Hortensis.”
