“The Hotel Staff were excellent, near the best in over 20 years of travel. My wife Susan was unwell with a combination of a weak heart and altitude sickness and the English speaking staff were exceptional. With a Paramedic called the hotel receptionist translated what was was necessary in a truly professional way. I am very grateful and thank her.”
