“Nice choice for breakfast. Hot coffee. Pleasant staff.”
“A character-filled hotel, cheek-by-jowl with the Teatro Verdi, and a stone's throw from all the central features of the delightful small town in which Verdi is so revered. Absolutely quiet. Staff very friendly, warm, and attentive. Value for money. An easy walk to the delightful restaurants, cafes, geletarias of the town, and to the beautiful Verdi Museum.”
“The hotel has its own personality, antiche style but very organized and comfortable. It is also very well located, as I was there for the Verdi Festival. Had a good window view of the side of the theater and could hear the bell rings, so lovely.”
“A fine Italian hotel old style. delightfully un-restored and authentic. For opera lovers a must stay. Your host will be the son of the great tenor Carlo Bergonzi who owns the hotel. Next door to Busetto's opera house the location couldn't be better. For classy people who aren't fussy.”
“Quite classic hotel in a small and quiet city, where Verdi lived and worked there. Not a typical Italian tourist place but you could really explore and enjoy the true local life there.”
“We enjoyed the laid back atmosphere, absolutely no rush, not the typical set of rules. Check out time wasn't spelled out and after our late night was very flexible. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The town Bussetto was most loved by us after seeing a few places in the area. You easily felt part of a true Italien community.”
“Charming neo-Gothic style, rather old-fashioned inside.”
“The room was large with a terrace and a view over the front small park. The breakfast was limited but adequate. The coffee was excellent.”
“Wonderful atmospheric hotel, room with balcony window, large offering for breakfast, very good price.”
“Great location next door to the Teatro Verdi. Breakfast was excellent.”
