“We stayed at this hotel twice on the way into and out of the rest of Altai Republic. The location is excellent - directly opposite the bus and taxi stations, and within easy walking distance of the main attractions and several supermarkets. The first time we stayed in a double room, which was very nice with kettle and fridge and good bathroom. The second time they were sold out so we got an apartment room there instead. That was amazing - absolutely huge with a nice balcony and big windows. Very good kitchen facilities. What we paid extra for the room we saved by cooking for ourselves. The staff were very pleasant and helped us with printing off some tickets and also getting a shared minivan (on the first visit). Would definitely recommend.”

“The departure time my bus was 7.00 am as well as the breakfast opening time. I did not ask for that, but the receptionist told with no hesitation, we can adjust the breakfast buffet some earlier and you can enjoy that before you go. Excellent service.”

“We were on our journey from Omsk via Barnaul and Gorno-Altaysk to Artybash. The Hotel Igman was perfectly situated in the middle of the town, very near to the central bus station. Also, we were able to walk within the city centre on foot easily. Our room was very spacious, clean, well-equipped, with good temperature (ventilation was possible) and very quiet. There was a huge buffet for breakfast, where warm and cold dishes were presented...typically Russian, but also European. The personnel was very friendly and helped with ideas and recommendations.”
“Rooms are great, very clean and comfortable. Hotel is very close to the bus station and a supermarket and at walking distance of the 'city center'. Breakfast is very good, staff is very friendly although most didn't speak English (only one of the three staff we met did). Balcony, bathroom, water boiler, tv and refrigerator all worked great/were very clean and nice.”
