“The hotel was great. Able to park onsite of the property. They even had a little parking garage. Antoinella was a gracious and helpful host! Good b'kfast, comfy bed, Clean room!”

“Great little hotel. Comfortable and clean. Host is incredible! Breakfast is incredible. Very easy access to Cinque Terre. You can drive right there and park your car very easily. Antonella makes a terrific breakfast and is so helpful. I always stop Here when I am visiting the Cinque Terre”

“This small hotel was a delight! The innkeeper did everything she could to accommodate our needs. When she saw that we had large and very heavy luggage, she upgraded us to a vey nice room on the first floor AND even allowed me to park my rental in the fenced-in garden for the night. Breakfast was very good by European standards and the breakfast area was bright and adequately large enough for the big crowd at 8 am. All of this pales in comparison to the beautiful views and scenery of the region. If you've never been to Cingue Terre, you should visit if you are anywhere in the area. This hotel is much more convenient than those in the towns because you don't have to lug your bags down, then up the very steep hills that these towns are famous for. The only drawback is that there is very limited dining choices in the immediate area and the one restaurant we found was just fair.”

“Loved the location. Loved the cleanliness of the rooms. lol bed that it was small and personal. Breakfast croissants to die for. And Antonella, the host, is a gem. 2 bd time there and still loved it! Little restaurant down the street is also great!”

“Antonella was amazing, knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Il Saracena is extremely clean and very well maintained. Excellent breakfast. We took bus to Manorola and Cinque Terra train to all the pretty towns.”

“This property was in an excellent location. The bus stop into town is about 100 feet from the hotel. The owner is wonderful and works very hard to please her customers. Breakfast was great.”

“The croissants were fantastic. Great place to stay. Host very accommodating. Bus just outside of hotel took you down to manarola so you could take regular train to each town. Hotel will advise regarding process. Internet was not great as the hotel is very high up.”
