Important Notice
- Please contact the property in advance if you expect to arrive after 20:00.<br><br>Please note that construction works currently take place at the property. Therefore, the entrance to the underground car park can be difficult to find (signs are provided). Please drive to the underground parking (at Migros) and follow the signs to the second basement floor ("2. UG"). There you will find the hotel's parking spaces at the right side of the hotel entrance.

“The hotel is located next to a shopping mall. If you need to do shopping for anything, it's there. The rooms are nice and large.”

“Quicker to reach the heart of Zürich by train from Uster than from suburbs of Zürich The trains can be stuffy in a heat wave but surely still better than a long walk or tram journey. Trains also run direct to stadelhofen, rapperswil and Rheinfall. I had a balcony view of mountain ridges (sadly also uster's lowrise blocks). Good feel to the breakfast / reception area. Staff warm, human and helpful. Conveniently located in a mall, and the whole complex is set to look great once renovations now underway are complete. Uster gives a glimpse of a new town Swiss style. Al fresco drinking is popular here - not sure if Milton Keynes has that.”
“Room and breakfast were good, the problem is the hotel is under renovation so the entrance etc is a bit convoluted but once you know how to negotiate the lifts etc it's ok”
“Staff and Management is fantastic, very helpful and friendly! They take the funniest and best approach to the fact that Migros in Illuster is under construction until End of 2017 - still keeping all guests at ease and comfortable. Location, breakfast buffet and new fun-decoration are great!”
