“we follewed the recommendation of our friends to go to this hotel and they were really right! Food was tasty with plenty of options. Staff is kind and friendly and the room was really comfoetable and new. We strongly recommend it.”

“What a pity we could not stay longer... We were very surprised of the quality of the hotel... Everybody very nice and friendly, rooms really modern and comfortable, had very nice view on the sea... beautiful. Food reaaaaly great. Animation and bar team so nice. Live music every night, we loved Flamenco show. Reception very helpful. You can book tours on recepcion for a good price. Congratulation to all the team. We hope to come back next year.”

“The hotel is a good value for money. The location is perfect. The food is OK, variable and tasty. The only issue was we had no wi-fi for 3 days (was a technical problem). The pool is too small for such a big hotel. The beach is very close, 3-5 minutes walk. On the beach you can rent a beach chair (bed) for 6 euro per bed for the whole day. Every evening there are 2 concerts which take place at the same time: the hotel's entertainment in the bar and concerts at the hotel's restaurant. They last until 00.00 am daily, and are quite loud, which may cause problems for families who have small children/babies. Even if you close the window, the music is too loud.”

“We had half board, the breakfast and the dinner had a large selection of food (always a lot of salads,fish, 3-4 kind of meat, vegetarian food, and they always had some Spanish traditional dish and plenty of desserts).Every day they changed some part of the menu so it was never boring. Our room was 531, on the 5th floor with sea view, very nice room, enough space, modern and new bathroom with a huge shower. Every night they had music or some show from 20-24 at the pool area. The programms were good, but music was loud (even with windows closed you could hear it), but it did not bother us. Staff was very helpful and kind.They all spoke good English. Every day cleaning. We had the wifi included in the price. Hotel is close to the beach (5-7 min walking). The beach is ok, it is sandy, water gets deep qiuckly and there were a lot of waves. I would recommend to visit other beaches as well, like Santa Cristina near Blanes (picture of St. Cristina attached).”

“One of the best hotel I have stayed in! We got cozy room with a beautiful sea view. Cleaning service (Ms Rosi) was very accurate and kind. The food in hotel is varied, tasty and fresh - everyone will find something for themselves. Special thanks to animation team (Lydia, Kaja, Wadner, Gabriel and Kevin) - they do perfect job! Everyday they came up with different games where you can win free drinks and diploma! In addition they maintained friendly relationships with hotel guests which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel location is very good, just ~100m from the beach. Lots of bars, restaurants, clubs and shop in close neighbourhood. Next time, if we visit Santa Susanna we will definetily choose the same holel. I sincerely recommend this place !”
