“The bed was very comfortable with crisp linens and a pillow-top mattress. The cafe downstairs was very nice and had outdoor seating.”
“Rooms are small but well set-up and newly renovated with nice furnishings. Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed taking the free cruiser bikes on a spin! Great location for exploring the waterfront, pier, and shops and attractions on State street and in the funk zone.”

Convenient location next to the bus depot and train station - despite the train noise going through the town a number of times each day.”
“Not much, to be honest. For $355 on a Wednesday night, the room was smaller than a closet. Valet staff remarkably rude, lazy and disinterested - his cell phone was clearly priority - we were assigned the same exact room over the train tracks we complained about on our last trip. Clearly nobody here documents these things for customer relations purposes. I'd expect far more for the rate and notoriety of the hotel. Lack of elevator is bizarre, and significant construction starting at 6am was quite an unpleasant wakeup call.”

“The room was small but comfortable for one as long as one didn't want to spend a lot of time in the room. There was a nice private patio outside to sit and enjoy coffee. Bathroom is small but efficient. No view at all. Quiet at night. Customer service was very good. Coffee available in the morning was very good. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Bikes available with helmets and locks.”
“Hip, modern boutique style hotel. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, bars and nightlife. The pier and beach are also only a block or so away. Perfect.”
“A good place to stay. Good location, nice Rooms and facilities. One of the people working there was not very nice though. She was a bit irritated when we checked out. And they charged me twice. It took a couple of weeks before I got my money back. I recommend it, but check the transaction straight away when you pay/check out.”
