- Please note that parking is possible at the Altstadt public underground parking, located 50 yards away (opposite of the hotel). The address of the Altstadt underground parking is Innrain 4, 6020 Innsbruck. If you arrive with bulky luggage you can park your car at the hotel's loading zone (50 yards away, marked with "Hotel"). Parking right in front of the hotel is not possible. The hotel suggests that if you arrive with light luggage you should park your car right at the Altstadt parking garage. Please do not use the garage entrance next to the hotel (not possible to park your car there).<br><br>Please note when booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p>

“The location of this hotel was excellent, close to all the main attractions, restaurant also had a small but good dinner selection as well as the breakfast.”

“I can only confirm all other feedbacks, hotel is 10-15 minutes on foot from the train station, a few minutes from the golden roof, cosy bedroom, clean, excellent breakfast, nice staff, bathrobe and slippers for the two wellness areas (one on top floor, naked, and the other one in the basement with a small swimming pool and saunas). We had a bedroom facing the street and we had no noise at night.”
