“Die Unterkunft liegt direkt neben der Altstadt, es sind nur ein paar Schritte zur schönen Aussicht auf die Flüsse. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und die Betten sehr bequem. Frühstück war auf Portionstellern, aber sehr reichlich. Gut geheiztes Zimmer.”

“Besonders positiv war die Lage des Hotels. In unmittelbarer Nähe war das Zentrum, Sehenswürdigkeiten und viele gute Gaststätten. Auch die Umgebung von Melnik bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen, Radfahren und Schifffahrt, wofür das Hotel Jaro ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt ist. Wir erwarteten ein Doppelzimmer, bezogen aber eine kleine Wohnung mit Wohn- und Schlafbereich, Kühlschrank, Dusche und WC sowie kleinen Balkon. Das Frühstück war nicht in Buffetform, sondern wurde serviert. Es war sehr reichlich, dass man sich sogar das, was man nicht verzehrt hatte, mitnehmen konnte. Das Einzigste, was daran zu bemängeln wäre, war, dass es jeden Tag dieselbe Wurst und Käse gab.”
