“When we walked into our room we were shocked. The room and the view were amazing. There were glass windows on two walls. The lake was right there in full view. We witnessed a fabulous thunder and lightening show while we enjoyed ice cream brought up from room service. The bathroom had heated marble flooring and the tub was so relaxing. What wasn't to like. Maybe a few more days?”

“Das Hotel liegt etwas dezentral, mit dem Taxi braucht man ca. 10 Minuten vom Hafen bzw. vom Busbahnhof zum Hotel. Das macht aber insofern nichts, weil Puno wirklich hässlich ist und man froh sein kann, nicht direkt im Ort zu wohnen. Puno sollte als Ausgangspunkt für den Titicacasee genutzt werden, mehr braucht man vom Ort nicht erwarten. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind gepflegt sowie ruhig. Das Hotel verfügt über einen großen Speisesaal, der zwar nicht sonderlich romantisch ist (etwas kalt, helle Beleuchtung), aber wir haben hier stets gut gegessen und dabei einen schönen Ausblick auf den Titicacasee genossen. Sowohl das Frühstücksbuffet als auch das Abendessen waren sehr gut.”
“Frühstück und Abendbrot waren gut bis sehr gut. Das Personal ging auf alle Wünsche gerne ein. Der Aufenthalt in dem Hotel war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Aussicht auf den See. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und war in sehr gepflegtem Zustand.”
