“The greeting was very good and utterly professional. I loved that we were offered liquer upon arrival. After the thunderstorm. It was appreciated. We were made to feel very much at home. It was my birthday, and I was made a huge fuss of. The receptionist recommended restaurants and bars. We sat drinking wine and beer on the terrace. It was amazing. The staff were attentive, without being overbearing. The room itself was substantial; the bed very comfortable.The shower hot and spacious. Breakfast was comprehensive, sausage, egg, and bacon! in addition to the usual continental fayre. Coffee and high quality tea available. We have already booked another stay. Cannot recommend highly enough.”
