“Friendly helpful service. Tea making facilities. Nice breakfast. Comfortable room. Few mins walk to tram which cost €2.40 to center of Innsbruck. Very close to very nice traditional restaurant with lovely food (inexpensive compared to UK prices).”
“The room we got was fantastic, it was room 46. It was big and very comfortable and clean. Bed is great, makes for a very comfortable sleep. The room and generally the hotel is very clean and well taken care of. Very friendly and helpfull staff, free parking, and location is good. It is close to the city center, without being noisy. About 8 minutes by tram.”
“This hotel was luxurious and picturesque. Our room was amazing- wood floors, beautiful, spacious bathroom with a giant bathtub, two separate rooms, and incredible views from all windows. The view from our bathroom window looked like it was straight out of a fairy tale. The staff was extremely accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. It was a wondrous place to spend Christmas. The only down side (if you can even call it that), was that to get to the Old Town we had to take a 15 minute tram ride. But I think it was worth it for the stunning views surrounding the hotel.”

The bed was comfortable, and the room was very comfortable and large. Pop over the road and get some eggs and milk from the self-service machine - the milk and eggs are fantastic.”

“I spent three nights in Kapeller Hotel while attending a conference in Innsbruck. I was completely satisfied with this hotel. Although it is not situated centrally (it takes about 30 minutes walk to the centre of Innsbruck, however there is very easy access to the tram station) it is placed in a beautifully rural part of the town. The area is quiet and offers great views to the mountains. I booked a suite and found it to be excellent quality: the rooms are modern, clean and of good size. The staff were all friendly and obliging without being invasive. The breakfast was of good quality and variety. I will gladly use this hotel again when going back to Innsbruck.”
