- Guests arriving after check-in hours (19:00) must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.<br><br>Guests with a dinner-inclusive plan must check in by 18:00 to eat dinner at the property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.<br><br>Guests are required to start eating dinner between 18:00 and 20:00. The property restaurant is open from 18:00 until 21:00.<br><br>Guests with a breakfast-inclusive plan can check in till 22:00.<br><br>The Hotel offers shuttle service to and from JR Hida-Furukawa Station. Shuttle service requires reservation in advance; requests on the day of arrival will not be accepted.<br><br>From JR Hida-Furukawa: departs 16:30; arrives 16:45<br><br>From Hotel Kikori: departs 08:50; arrives 09:05<br><br>Please note that there are no restaurants within a walking distance from the property, and on-site dinner is served upon reservation only.<br><br>Guests with a breakfast-inclusive rate who wish to have dinner at the property as well must make a reservation at least 1 day prior to arrival.<br><br>Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas where the tattoos might be visible to other guests depending on the size of the tattoos.

“the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere (a nice drive from Kanazawa) and that’s exactly what we were hoping for. It’s a quiet little place and the staff were very friendly and spoke reasonably well English. Food was also delicious. We would love to go back again.”

“Very helpful staff. The local town Onsen is next to the Hotel, so you get more facilities. Scenic, idyllic location. The shuttle was very helpful to get to the train station and back. Food was fantastic.”

“Friendly staff but it was a bit difficult to communicate with them in English (but they always tried). The onsen is very nice, but as a couple we would probably like it to be shared. The yukatas and the flipflop kind of slippers were cool to wear and if you wanna go for non-european food, this is the place to try!”
