“Love this hotel! The staff are all so friendly, helpful and polite, particularly Wendy who welcomed us and gave us so much good advice and tips. We stayed in room 503 at the top and back with superb views over the river. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was MASSIVE although there was a weird thing going on with the quilts, 2 short quilts, one from foot to thigh then another the rest of the way,what's that about? Bathroom was lovely, spacious and great shower. Yummy toiletries, hairdryer, slippers and robes. Only downside was we could hear nextdoors bathroom fan which disturbed us at 10 pm- we're early to bed early to rise folk! Breakfast was fab! Something for everyone and great coffee or a choice of teas, staff ultra efficient. What more can I say? Would defo recommend and would certainly go back. BTW Prague itself is gorgeous!”

“Shame it was so Modern in an old building. There were no pictures in the rooms. A rather cold and clinical modern feel. No facilities for a meal. I wouldn't stay here again as I would want to find something with more character. But otherwise good staff etc. Outside of building beautiful.”
“We arrived and were greeted to a warm Anniversary surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a Jr suite and had a bottle of Champagne, chocolates and rose pedal hearts on the bed. Regardless of the upgrade the hotel is located just below the Prague Castle, walking distance for those looking for a up hill workout or buy your public transportation tickets across the street at the newsstand and take the 22 or 23 car up the hill to the main gate. Then use your tickets to see the sites of Prague.”
“Location is great to investigate the city - close to all must-see. Yet the room was facing the square with trams - therefore it was quite noisy.”

“The best hotel I've ever been in my life! Amazing location, amazing staff We were on a honey moon and they was decorated our room with flowers , chocolateand champagne! It was so nice! At the end of our trip, we supposed to do a check out at 12:00 pm and our flight was at 12 am So they let us stay at the room until the time of our flight back- **free of charge ** I was totally amazed!! Jhon at the reception was so kind! I really recommend this hotel”
