- The reception is open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 21:30 and from 07:30 to 18:00 on weekends and public holidays.<br><br>Outside these times the entrance to the hotel is closed. If you arrive later, please use the first five digits of your booking number plus hashtag (e.g. 12345#) as a code for the electronic check-in terminal, which can be found on the wall at the right entrance.<br><br>Please note that there is no elevator in the main building and in the annex.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p><p>Please inform Hotel Kolbeck in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.</p>

This was a good priced hotel for the location (easy to get around the city via walking / public transportation) - Relatively clean. This hotel needs a renovation; but given that things are aging-- the cleaners do their best so I would say my room was clean...if you can ignore the age. If you're a neat freak though, the room can use a deep clean.”
