“From the moment I arrived, until the minute left, the staff at the Krasnoyarsk Hotel went above and beyond what I would have expected in terms of service. I arrived hours before check-in opened, and they were able to prepare my room early. I slept through my alarm call on my last day, and I was able to arrange there and then, an extra half-day's stay. The staff and courteous and friendly, the room-service is of very good quality, all of the facilities are excellent, and the price is exceptional for the standards. I would recommend requesting a room on the upper floors as the public areas have excellent views over the Yenisey. I will definitely be back!”
