“New hotel, the equipment and everything else in the rooms and in the lobby is new. The staff were amazing and very nice (they're really open to criticism as they're trying to improve their services to satisfy the clients which is a very good thing). The manager there was very collaborative, we had to change our room 2 times (I'm not a picky person and I've never asked to change a room without a serious reason) The First room was so smelly, the second one they didn't have a toilet door (we were two friends in the room that was a huge inconvenient, plus this info was not written anywhere when we made the reservation, I checked twice) and he made sure that we feel comfortable. The location was good in the center. there’s little details like the soap and tea problems but that’s manageable and you may not have them in the future.”

“We had a great stay at La Fabrique. The hotel is very new and obviously just finding its feet but the room was great and the staff could not have been more helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. The building itself is a very modern conversion of an old textile factory and full of interesting and quirky design touches. Most importantly though, we had a serious problem on the last day of our stay which the hotel manager went out of his way (above and beyond the call of duty) to solve for us. This was the sort of friendly, personal service that you sometimes get at small family-run operations but rarely encounter in large professional hotels like this one. Highly recommended!”

“An easy walk to and from the station, quiet hotel, pleasant English speaking receptionists. Very good lighting in the bedroom and bathroom, which is unusual. The lighting in most hotel bedrooms is obviously designed for ambience rather than to help you see what you are doing!”
