“The " owner" and partner were especially friendly and helpful. We were in winter conditions in the mountains and they provided extra comforts, and a good dinner for us only”
“A really good place to stay, great parking in the garage for our motorcycle and the staff couldn't have been more helpful - the man who showed us the garage (I think he is called Leonard) was great. The hotel is very well located and only a few minutes walk to the centre of the very pretty and charming town. Everything about this stop was good and the breakfast was the best of our trip whilst traveling in Spain and Portugal. I would be more than happy to stay here again.”

“The location was chosen by distance between Santander and Seville - places we wanted to arrive at or visit. This was about 1/2 way and not far off the main road. Candelaro is a small village with (allegedly) a ski-ing facility. There were a good number of reasonable bars, but it was too hot to do much more than keep hydrated! Quite pretty, but the hotel car park was a field on the opposite side of the road. Food was unremarkable, but good vfm.”
