The staff, from Lucrezia to her father to the housekeeper were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me. The room was immaculate: the bathroom well-lit and the bedroom spacious . The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food including special cakes, tortes and finger sandwiches prepared by Lucrezia. The dining room was immaculate as was the whole hotel.”
