“The staff was amazing - though this was a fancy hotel, they were all very friendly and sometimes you get more of a corporate feel with fancy hotels - this was different - I felt like they all really cared about making sure my stay was wonderful - No fewer than 6 of the staff knew my name and addressed me by my name each time we bumped into each other. I have been traveling extensively for years and have a lot of experience with the top end hotel chains, but I was charmed here, it was different in a good way. The property was very well maintained and comfortable, the feel was luxurious and very high end, yet there was a complete absence of the sterile attitude that one sometimes gets at high end hotels - I will be back.”
