“The staff was very friendly. The person at the reception was like a friend and helped me to arrange my guest to locate in his room and always asked if something was missing although eveyrthing in the room was all right. The room was very clean and well organized. The bathroom was beautiful, not small and very clean as well. The location is nice and very natural, directly on the main road connecting you to the Garda Lake.”
“I wanted to go to Verona train station and asked for a help from the person in the reception. He printed out bus schedules and showed me the bus stop closest to the hotel. After a while he came to this bus stop by his own car and apologised because he printed out the wrong schedule. He brought me to the correct bus stop with his own car. This hospitality was amazing, I am really thankful to him. You can choose this hotel without any doubt”
