“A great hotel just on the outskirts of town. So relatively quiet and peaceful. I asked for a room with a view and they provided just that at a very reasonable price. Family run, service was great. The room was very clean. We had an evening meal at the hotel on our last night. Our only regret was that we didn't do this sooner as the food was fantastic. So our recommendation is have your evening meals here - you won't be disappointed as the food is delicious, service great and the view is fabulous.”

“Our second visit after four years and all the same. Great views. Great position. Short walk into town along the shore. Would advise not for the infirm though. Parking is on a hill and hotel quite a walk up and the safe way into town along the beach is a bit of a steep climb down. Otherwise is heavenly. This time we took one of the boats on the lake from Canero to Conobio(?), this changed the whole experience from last time when we drove. Canero is great and if you eating on a budget walk right along the font to the very end, past the posh hotels and restaurants, the very last outside cafe has great views and very reasonable prices.”
“Stefano the owner is a top guy. Hotel is renovated part by part. So if you're lucky you have a modernized room, otherwise you are going a couple of decennia back in time (but clean and I like it!!). The terrace is simply top. Not good for people with handicap or bad condition , Stairs and built against a mountain. Stefano will see me again. I like Nothern Italy.”
