And the staff is super-friendly: they helped us to get from the airport, there was no problem with really early check-in, and when we were leaving they even orginized some extra sandwiches for us (as we were leaving also early).”

“Hotel is at the end of La Candelaria, so you have to walk a bit to get to the plaza and museums, but that can be done. Very nice interior, clean rooms with hot water. Very friendly and helpful staff. We requested to change the rooms to the ones that don't have the windows to the street. That was our only issue at this hotel. There is major construction going on at this moment on the street ( they are building new tall building across the road ), and the noise was beyond "acceptable" for us. However the staff was very nice and they changed our rooms to the ones downstairs, without windows, but it was ok. Super quiet, since we don't care about "the view". We prefer to get a nice sleep without crazy noise from the streets. Would have no problem to stay again. Good value with perfect services.”
