“Everything!!! The location was at the Beach and close to shopping and restaurants. My room was Excellent. I had a room with a Sea view and balcony. The breakfast was outstanding, plenty of variety and everything delicious. Most enjoyable was the Staff, everyone was Excellent and made me feel very comfortable and right at home. Upon my arrival in Rome I was here for 2 days and I enjoyed so much I came back here for 4 more days before returning to the U.S. I was in Italy for almost 5 weeks and this was nice coming back here to relax a few days before returning home.”

“Everyone associated with this property was kind and helpful. We didn't ask for room clean up since we only stayed two nights and without requesting, we were delivered a fresh set of towels and toiletries. The breakfast was great! Excellent croissants and bread as well as eggs, meats, fruits and cheeses. Cappucinos were also good. We traveled here in October but the beaches were accessible and boardwalk restaurants open. Property within walking distance of nice shops and transportation.”

“The staff is very friendly and accomodating, very easy to comunicare with and very fast to meet all requests. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and very satisfying and the attendant Lucia was very nice! I stayed only one night this time, but I'll be back for sure!”

“We stayed here as an overnight before going to the airport. I originally was going to use the public trains to get here from Roma Termini( Rome train station) as we had caught a train from Milan but decided to splurge and get a taxi as it was getting dark at 5pm and we were tired. The taxi from Roma Termini to this hotel was 55euro which I thought was pretty good but keep in mind it was a public holiday this day and there was less traffic on the roads. The hotel is above a McDonalds which I thought would create noise all night but I didnt hear too much and we had a room over it. Paid extra for a balcony and seaview which was nice. The room was small but clean. We were leaving just before breakfast started and they allowed us to go in early to eat. Much appreciated.The lady doing the breakfast is lovely and very helpful. Transfers to the airport were 30Euro for us both. There were quite a few restaurants and shops just up the street.”

“Staff of the hotel is really helpfull, friendly and professional. Clean place. Breakfast is great. Rooms are comfortable. Location is extraordinary. Competitive prices. Mrs Lucia who helps us with breakfast is very nice.”

“Everything was Great. Roberto, the owner, was terrific. He wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Help with questions as did David. Talking with David about Italy and Rome was very helpful and informative. Also the breakfast was wonderful. Lucia who set up the breakfast was terrific as well. Thank You to everyone for making my stay Great!!! For anyone reading my review, well let me just say this, before I head back to the United States I am coming back to stay with them for another 4 days!!!! You be the judge!!!”
