“The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Service in the restaurant was exceptional especially given the hotel was full. Breakfast and evening meal on half board were good value with good choice. Whilst it could not be described as gourmet the food was tasty and well presented and suited our needs perfectly after a hard days skiing. I broke my arm whilst skiing and the staff were very helpful sorting out new driver on car hire, taking calls from insurance etc. They even cut my main course meal up before they brought it to me which was a very kind gesture. Our room was comfortable with a modern bathroom with good pressure shower, an illuminated magnifying mirror (hurray!), hairdryer etc. Free afternoon tea each day was much appreciated! To sum up comfortable hotel with lovely staff and atmosphere in very convenient location representing great value for money.”
“Rested in Ladina hotel in February 2017 two adults and a child of 4 years. Excellent location, the center of the village, stop bas near the hotel, to the ski lift 5 minutes in ski boots. Excellent rooms, friendly staff and good food.”
