Daarnaast was het diner van sterrenkwaliteit. De snoekbaars was perfect gebakken. Een topper. De ossenhaas als hoofdgerecht was op de barbecue gegaard. Zo mals en met liefde en vakmanschap bereid. En dat naast de openhaard in de fantastische eetruimte.”
