“I ahve stayed occasinally at Le Central over thirty years and have seen a consistenmtly high standard over that time. To be sure it is noisy and bustling but that is the whole point of the place. Recently they have overhauled the rooms and thay are fresh and well appointed. with very convenient power points evrywhere. This is typical of the attention to guests needs that is evident with evry membr of the busy close knot team who run the Central”
“The Hotel is located above the iconic restaurant Le Central, its all one operation. So you can cruise down into this amazing restaurant and eat outside under the heated and look at the fishing boats coming in and offloading at the market, or stay tucked inside in the elegant dining room, or have breakfast delivered to your room, or an amazing desert, I mean...what is not to like??? The rooms are cozy and comfortable and the staff pro and laid back, this is an operation. The mussels and oysters are as fresh as can be found...the Muscadet ice cold. If you go to Normandy, you must go to the Central, its loaded with vacationing Parisians on the weekend, and semi deserted during mid week, which is my favourite time, its still full service there 24/7. Profitez!”

“Fabulous central position. Trouville is a lovely characterful seaside town - we paid more for a room overlooking the the fish market and port and it was worth it; it was always interesting watching the ever changing scene. Very comfortable room and excellent bathroom with both bath and shower (which we also requested). Pleasant, helpful staff.”
