“Excellent staff and very good breakfast especially the croissants and coffee. Good location in the centre of St Trojan. The staircase carpet could do with changing as is grubby and doesn't give a good first impression (in fact, a misleading impression as the rooms are clean). The facilities are good and, as said, the service couldn't be bettered. Great to find somewhere of this quality that will take a dog.”

“Refurbished room was clean and comfortable positioned at the back of the hotel so cooler in the afternoon and quiet. Very impressed with the breakfast which included croissant, cake, yogurt and fruit and the best coffee we've tasted in a long time. The position of the hotel is excellent being in the town centre and with plenty of restaurants nearby. Mohammed, the Manager, was most helpful, efficient and nothing was too much trouble.. I asked the whereabouts of a doctor one morning and he took me there himself.”
