“Situated perfectly and the staff went over and above to make sure they stay was as enjoyable as possible. They even went out of there was to give me a lift down to the bus station with all my bags to save me a difficult walk down with everything. It's only a small thing but made a massive difference to my journey home.”

“The location is right next to the pleney gondola and right next to town centre. Breakfast is continental but lots of choice and well presented. Rooms are usual ski resort, minimal but adequate. It's the staff that set this place apart. I've never before gone out shopping for gifts for hotel staff but they become like family. Always greeting you with a warm smile and asking if there's anything they can do to improve your holiday. Amazing😊”
