“The staff was very, very nice, and promptly helped with luggage, all our questions, and ordering taxis (which was a necessity because the bus service advertised on Iceland Air flights was not as expected). Thanks to the hotel reception staff, we didn't have to worry about making our flight back. Apart from the staff, the view was really, really great (from the window we could see the largest church in Iceland as well as the statue of Leifur Eriksson), there was enough pressure in the shower, and the beds were comfortable.”
