If guests cancel their rooms 14 days before arrival or less they will have to pay for the 1st night (all rooms included).<br><br>Please note that guests travelling with children and booking the family room are kindly requested to inform the property in advance about the age of the children.

“Amazing rooms as they are built into a cave. The room we stayed in was newly renovated - but not the bathroom, which was a shame as it was maybe 15-20 years old and ruined the overall image of the room. Great view from the window of the Loire river. Easy access from highway. Restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday but the hotel recommends some very good alternatives - some in walking distance of the hotel. Very nice breakfast which we had outside on the terrace in the sun. Not very busy so it was a perfect pit stop for us.”
