“We have had many one night stays at the beginning of our annual holiday in France. All rooms now have air con and we were warmly welcomed by the new hotel owners. You had lost our booking on your system and fortunately the owner contacted you before our stay to confirm our booking was still valid. There was some slight confusion because the property contact numbers have changed. Breakfast was very pleasant, now in the form of a help yourself buffet with extra items from previous years. Just sad we didn't arrive in time to enjoy a swim in the hotel's outdoor pool.”
