“This is very close to the railway station and walking distance to everywhere else. Lovely ladies at the reception desk. I needed more than one”
“Hotel was basic, but comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and very helpful, and navigated the new process for me to pay in cash with US dollars, thus avoiding the IVA. A few blocks from the centre of town and a few blocks from the bus station, but both walkable. Wi-Fi worked well. Close to the train station.”
“The national Census was held while we where there and the country virtually stopped for a day. To top it off it was also cold and wet in Chillán that day so we ended up spending a lot of time in our room. Thankfully the room was very spacious and comfortable and wifi connectivity was good. The shower is good with plenty of hot water and the hotel is located in easy walking distance to the heart of the city. The ladies who looked after us were all lovely.”

“We visited Chillan in search of an authentic Central Valley city and found just what we were seeking. We stayed in the Hotel Libertador, a comfortable classic place where we had a clean and comfortable room with double bed, desk, and a large bathroom filled with light from large windows. Breakfast was nicely served and adequate, Wifi worked well. The hotel is located a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas, convenient for explorations of the city centre on foot. We are certain that most international visitors miss Chillan but we came to see the Mexican murals in the Escuela Mexicana and the cathedral. We're happy we stopped!”
