“-size of room: can pretty much move around with no problem; -enough storage room for clothes(to hang) and shoes (to neatly place on a rack) -balcony: to see the view and have a smoke outside (if one is inclined to, of course) -shower: exceptional and modern -air-conditioner/heater: to choose temperature whichever one feels comfortable in -wifi: strong connection -area was near a river, public transport and stores”
