“Everything was great. Staff were friendly. When I needed to heat our pizza,the girl at the front desk extended an extra effort to have it cooked in the kitchen.they also.showed genuine concern when we lost a backpack while checking in. We will surely come back at this place.”

“Location was great. Elevator was out first day so we had to walk 7 floors. It was then fixed. Room okay but small. Bathroom very tight with very little space for out toiletries. Shower strong. Needs were met quickly. Rooftop observation bar hopping with young folks.”

“Location is great, many restaurants and eateries within short walking distance. About 30 min walk to downtown Chicago. Nice cafeteria and rooftop bar on site. Delicious coffee in the morning and yummy drinks anf late snacks at night respectively. Would definitely stay again.”
“They texted us to say they were looking forward to us coming, asking if we had any special reason for being in Chicago. They upgraded us when they saw we had a couple little ones and were celebrating our anniversary (married across the street). They sent me my credit card back to my house after I forgot it at the roof top bar (which is beautiful). Valet had a text functionality that made communication and sequencing easy. Well thought out.”
“Loved the location - it was great to be waking in a leafy suburb of the city - rather than downtown. It was a short stroll after breakfast, taking in the city sights to get downtown. Lincoln Park is a fantastic area. The hotel is very retro - it has an old Chicago feel to it with modern clean accommodation.”

“I love the location right on Lincoln Park. The whole place has a very relaxed vibe with super friendly and helpful staff. I was lucky enough to to be upgraded to a junior suite which had amazing Lake Michigan views. Very comfortable bed. Restaurant has great, if pricey, food. Lots of other places in easy walking distance and public transport choices nearby are good. J Parker rooftop bar is a great place for a sundowner.”
