“A really relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. ALL the staff were amazingling helpful. They went out of their way to help and assist in anyway they could. They were really patient and playful with the children. The food was plentiful, varied and lovely. The bedrooms were serviced to a high standard every day and welcoming to come back to each afternoon. The TV/DVD in the rooms were great if the children needed to chill out in. There were swimming towels for the pool (bonus as I thought we would need to bring our own on ryan air!). The lounge was a lovely room to relax in before dinner with a drink!”

“It was very tricky getting up the last 100m to the hotel in the car without having to stop to put on chains, but the hotel truck driver came out at midnight and took over the driving, managing to get up the last tricky turn and drive across the actual ski run before the steep turn to the hotel which we managed ourselves.”
