“The Hotel is a grand Villa and the current owner is proudly connected to the history of the place and provides a fascinating historical perspective. The rooms are spacious and well furnished and the food at dinner delicious and of the highest standard. The small village in which the hotel stands has a magnificent view over the lake of Varese. There is a gorgeous village square immediately below the old village where the children play, lovers meet and town folk gossip, and it looks down from a wonderful panorama over the lake. On our last evening when we had joined the social melee in this square and felt in need of refreshment, a small and beautifully appointed truck appeared as if from the heavens, labelled "L'Apetit "and transformed over a few minutes into a bar providing all our needs. However the food a the Hotel is outstanding.”

“​Soggiornare nella locanda Dei Mai Intees è stato come tornare indietro nell'800. I profumi "antichi", gli affreschi medievali e gli arredi tramandati da 4 generazioni ci hanno fatto immergere in un'atmosfera d'altri tempi. Cenare nella saletta privata con il camino acceso è stato fantastico. La cucina dello Chef Paolo, la cortesia e gentilezza della Signora e di tutto lo staff ed il simpatico cane che ci ha accolti ed accompagnati all'accoglienza meritano le stelle ed i riconoscimenti ottenuti. Consigliatissimo.”

“Sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo e ti aspetti di veder spuntare da un momento all'altro una dama col suo cavaliere...arredi originali d'epoca (non medioevali) che la proprietà ha lasciato in loco in quella che è  sempre stata la casa, delle vacanze, di famiglia. Stanze e suites in cui si mescolano alla perfezione antichità e modernità. Lounge bar in cui ascoltare musica dal vivo sorseggiando un buon bicchiere di vino, di cognac o di whisky. Il mio soggiorno è durato un solo week end, ma di sicuro ci tornerò”

Jahrhundert zum Erlebnis.”

“Das Zimmer und das ganze Anwesen waren wunderschön. Wie aus einer anderen Zeit. Das nicht weit entfernte Städtchen Varese ist zum Flanieren, Essen und Shoppen sehr gut geeignet und ein wirklich niedlicher Ort. Auch der Blick auf den See und in die Berge hat uns sehr gefallen.”
