“The drinks at the pool are very valueable. The food here is excellent!”

“We loved everything about this place. Probably our favourite place of our trip to ItalyThe house and surroundings were amazing, with views to die for....We were greeted by Chiara's mother and father, as she was heavily pregnancy. He was very welcoming and helpful; lending us some bikes so we could go exploring. The mother was also very kind and smily whenever we bumped into her. Arezzo was only a ten minute bike ride from the house (although we were going quite fast!), there are plenty of restaurants in Arrezo and it was very italian, with no English speaking tourists (which we like!). The bike back was pretty intense (very steep!) so takes about 40 mins or so.... you could easily walk it though. Taxi is about €10.The pool was amazing!Will probably return next year.Wonderful home with a wonderful family.”

“This hotel is a bit of a mixed bag. The communal areas are very attractive and the pool was very nice. The hotel is across the road from the lake but a bit of a walk into town. The staff were pleasant”

“The property is situated near the lake with the main road in between. The hotel's decoration is lovely and unique. What I liked best was the breakfast room which is enclosed with glass and is situated next to the swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is next to the hotel and when there was no parking available, you got a special card that allowed you to park on the other side of the road. Breakfast was ok. There was muesli, rolls, cheese, ham, salami, fresh fruit salad, cooked eggs, but no scrambled eggs or any other warm dishes. There is a restaurant in the hotel which, I heard, has a very good kitchen.”

“The hotel is opposite the lake and very easy to get to by car. There is free parking. The rooms are clean (although our room was not as decorative as the photos showed). A wide choice at breakfast.”
