Our room had good sound insulation and an excellent blackout facility. The lighting was interesting and the room was very comfortable, warm and generally well appointed. She is so friendly and nice. Every day she greeted me with a smile. Room Service food very yummy. I can only recommend. Very clean and comfy bed / the only downside for me was that you could hear your neighbours talking and when i was in den bathroom I could hear the guy above me having a chat with his wife / so privacy is not to good.
