“EVERY staff member was excellent. Reception desk fantastic. No issue too big or too small. Restaurant staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast for holidays I thought was excellent. As good as anything in other hotels. Plenty of choice with excellent service. Cleaning ladies do a great job. EVERY day Sunday included rooms cleaned, towels all replaced daily, bed linen changed. They work really hard. Looked for upper floor room with sun in the evening. Got 5th floor facing the sun in evening. Location also excellent. Overall a great choice.”
