“Warm hospitality, a spacious, modern room and a very generous breakfast served at the time of our choosing @ Hotel Miramonti. Free onsite parking at the back of the hotel. The hotel is on the main road which did not disrupt my sleep. We much enjoyed Gangi, exploring the mountain village (including its churches) by climbing a lot of stairs and via narrow roads. Don't miss the tiny, locals bar 'Seminara Giuseppe' for an aperitif, gelati or a chat w/the super friendly Giuseppe at the Piazza del Popolo and the close-by (but hard to find) Trattoria Sant'Anna for some of the most stunning food in Sicily. Perfect 1-night-stay.”

“The hotel is well placed for people touring with a car who want to visit Gangi. Parking is easy (not always the case elsewhere!) and it is on the edge of the historic hill town; a short climb and your at the top. We visited the mummified priests in the crypt of the principle church - strictly speaking it's only open to the public at weekends but the priest kindly opened it for us.”
“I chose the hotel for its location - I didn’t want to drive up the narrow roads into the hilltop village, I preferred to walk up. The brother and sister team of Cermelo and Piera were polite, helpful and both spoke English. Breakfast was good, my room was clean, wifi excellent and I received lots of sightseeing info. Recommended.”
