“A lovely old building, nicely decorated. Unfortunately our experience did not meet expectations. We had a very cool reception at Reception. The restaurant was closed for the night. No alternatives were recommended. We weren't shown to our room which was dark and when we turned the light switches, nothing happened. We had to return to reception for help. It wasn't easy to connect to the wifi. Another trip to reception.”
