“Our second stay, on the way home from Medellin. We arrived later than expected but were greeted by friendly smiles. Even better room than the first time, this time on ground floor. Again, no air conditioning but wonderful big fan. I would highly recommend this hotel for a quiet, stress free stay. Neighborhood very quiet but close to huge mall. Don't know about families. No children were there when we were, which we appreciated. Breakfast was great, fresh squeezed juice, hot chocolate, rolls, eggs picados to our request. Felt like home.”
“Diana was extremely friendly--felt like we'd known her forever. Room was large and comfortable. No Air conditioning but wonderful fan. Two beds as requested. Parking available right out front. Stairs to 2nd floor. She took us to the mall so we could get a great meal. We took a taxi back. Slightly difficult to locate but worth it. Very comfortable, small, personal service. Breakfast included, made eggs to our specifications. We would highly recommend this for a quiet, comfortable stay.”
“Very polite and helpful staff. We arrived at 3am and the owner had no problem letting us check in which was wonderful after a long bus journey from Quito. Breakfast was beautiful, freshly made each morning. Staff very helpful about place to visit in Cali. We would definitely stay here too.”
“La atención de todas las personas una más que otra, son muy amables te hacen sentir como en casa y todo de una manera natural no es por compromiso son así de bellas, la habitación está bien aunque faltan algunas cositas que lo harían mejor, como son una lámpara de noche, un rodapie a la salida del baño, que no le hacen daño, mis felicitaciones y pronto regresaré a este bello hotel, un abrazo a todas esas bellas mujeres que nos atendieron una mejor que otra.”
