“Everything, staff are very friendly & cannot do enough for you, food in the restaurant was brilliant, location for excursions into the mountains is ideal, room was very comfortable with nice balcony to sit out on. Just great.”
“The best reason to stay at this hotel is because of Mario, the owner/chef and his parents. They speak perfect English and are the nicest family. We were there 4 nights and chose only the breakfast option, not the half board with dinner. But, 2 nights, we ate at the hotel and the food is delicious. Mario is a trained chef, and he cooked to order. His mother and helpers fixed all the breakfast buffet food, including eggs anyway we wished. Our room was in the corner, under the eaves. Great view, and quiet! Separate toilet room from the bathroom - always good. The wellness space in the basement could use a little improving - the hot tub was hot, but it was small. The outdoor pool is only open in the summers. For the value, this place is wonderful.”

“Mario and the staff were great! Very friendly and catered to special eating requirements ( vegetarian and Gutinen free) with different options for each course without being reminded. It was easy to take the bus to the ski areas, although a little further than I expected to the glacier.”
