“This hotel was a four star facility at a cheap three star price. The building interior is classic European, with lots of nice details like lift floor dial indicators. The room was spacious, with a great view of the city skyline. There was a "Handy" mobile phone available for my use during my stay which I took out and about to use the internet, maps, built in tourist guide etc. This was an exceptionally good hotel experience.”

“The Hotel was a part of the builing, It has a tradditional lobby decoration, good staff very active to approach to customer's need. Basically room space in much more better than in TOKYO, if you want to get early chek in or late check out you have to pay extra charge of 1080Yen/per hour. The location was great, you can access to CLOCK TOWER just a few min walk, then odori park, many station around, also there is some famous restaurant just across the street. Highly recommend if you want to stay at the center of SAPPORO. JR SAPORRO station just 10 mins walk by foot!”

“Lobby check-in staff was very friendly & very helpful. They help me keep my luggages one day before my check-in date. They help me bring all my luggages to my room when the room is ready. They help me call the free shuttle bus service in Curb seafood market. Not all staff can speak English, but Customer Service was ichiban! Room size was big enough; city view was a bonus, not very amazing city view but better than no view haha! Wifi & cleanliness was good too! There was 2 nearest underground exit, one was near to Sapporo Station, another one near to Odori park, have to check with the hotel staff just in case a rain day, they have map to show & give u. For me, this Hotel's location was more suitable, as I keen to explore around underground shopping street, Daimaru department store & etc compare to the hotel around Susukino or Tanukikoji shopping arcade. Convenient store directly downstairs or Lawson 2-3 minutes walk; nijo market walking distance too!”
“I could see the mountains from my room. I arrived at check in and the room was not ready yet but they had the room ready within 10 minutes and offered to hold onto my luggage. They do not all speak English at the facility but will go get one of the employees who can speak English to translate. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel overall.”
